As a service Desk Analyst you will need to act as a first point of contact for IT systems, the key purpose is to work closely with multiple resolving teams and to co-ordinate the restoration of services as quickly as possible. Responsible for updating customer contact regularly and producing weekly/monthly performance statistics.
