You'll provide an efficient and effective clerical and administrative support service to a designated team in accordance with Mastercall’s Policies & Procedures. As this is an apprenticeship, you may be required to work in areas and departments throughout the organisation to develop skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of administration.

We require an ambitious, self-motivated, apprentice administrator to join our building services team. The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of business support, accounts and general office duties.
As part of the PDM team, the Workshop Assistant will report directly to the Workshop Manager on a day to day basis. You will be expected to achieve and maintain a good standard of work and to show a conscientious approach. You will be expected to read and observe all authorised notices which are displayed in and around the workshop facilities.
